SO I’ve though a lot about what may be missing in this weight loss journey of mine. One thing that came to mind is everyone keeps saying “It’s a lifestyle change.”
For the past few weeks I have been looking at my weight loss efforts, and I think they really haven’t been something where it’s become a lifestyle change for me.
With this I came up with three goals that I think addresses this issue:
- I am going to eat at home more. At least 5 times per week.
- I will plan my workout schedule around my life, and not the other way around.
- I am going to focus on what’s real and true. {Philippians 4:8}
I have already started to implement these three goals and within this week I plan to blog more about each one more in depth.
This has certainly been a lifestyle change for me. I believe CHANGE is the theme of the year for me, and my family. Simply because everything IS changing and I just know it means God is up to something awesome.
I can’t wait to see what happens next!
